It's funny my hands and feet were buzzing and now my balls are too. Just started it about three o'clock in the morning, roughly, on the first of May Beltane.

I have moved down to Penzance and live and love it here.

A most enjoyable and enlightening weekend.

Since discovering Tibetan Pulsing last June at a weekend workshop near Penzance, I have had a wondrous journey of self discovery, joy, laughter and yes, some painful moments - only to be released and let go of.
